This organization was organized to perpetuate art and cultural, and stimulate the interest and knowledge in all phases of art and cultural activity, Therefore, included ,is basket making ,weaving ,cereamics,sculpture ,painting ,lapidary, pottery ,etc. :and  knowing that cross cultural activity exist in the community with diverse condition of people, we shall be giving help to support individuals of non-western cultures. With this in mind, avoiding inconsistencies and establishing moral values between cultures, at hand, is a supreme objective, of cultural harmony within the community. The idea of stimulated interest   would include  some instances ,helping others whose situations are  different in their  cultural environment .And by taking care of poor and needy,, and handicapped,: in the wisdom and knowledge of art and culture activity .Preventing youth crime, for instance ,could be used as an advertisement, our theme of cultural activity, by one of the board director  whose knowledge in silk screening, would be a double task of contributing to the community some expertise in the media.
                “With long range planning, including the organizations range of activity for the forthcoming years and our, plans which envisions the set goals and objective ;while developing the necessary activity ,yet understanding that with unpredictable events which occur within the nonprofit organizations activities. Strategic plannining gives us the opportunity of presenting a more defined purpose of taken consideration of the external and internal issues that impact and harmonize our organizations behavior. With changes that can be expected to occur, lets us choose to view options and seek whatever necessary to help us in the nature of our decisions; and the environment around us. We should be fortified to have clarity and vision to solve problems, with funding and program priorities.
            We can hope to increase our organizations funding and increase legitimacy with corporate and government funders’”. It is our plans to use equipment to help us focus on presenting the purpose of the organization (, art supplies and concession) what’s offered and what can be gained from it. , equipment would mean concession equipment, duplication machines, photography and software; or newer theology of digital video disk (DVD) and video recorder. Other expenses to be used for purchase of necessary information technology, fax machines, phones, software programs and computers are the main ingredients of survival, for the nonprofit sector, Outside paid help which might be necessary, is also another contributing factor in the advancement and growth necessary within any organization success, so that, all our board members and staff includes, volunteer maybe equipped to handle problems that occur and have the professional guidance that is  necessary for handling our problems.
            Some of the services expected from us ,include ,as stated, ,helping  poor, needy and handicapped, these people having special problems and unable to cope by themselves, should be considered, for our assistance ; while avoiding  dependence ,like a social service, organization .The cost of art materials, and instructional materials  etc ,alone are estimated at about one hundred ,thousand dollars per year, to be fully functional, Where the organization is giving help  to those in need of our service. We plan to use artist to help with training to our people, and other individuals, who cannot afford the cost of this training and afford supplies. Visit to museums, college art associations, National
Art Education Associations, as well as other programs, we consider to be beneficial to the
Organization, are also, to help with their instructions, we find helpful, in these areas, and where needed, and most important.
    We also will use the grants and fellowship for the arts available, and Art in America. a program that was funded by the President ,after a lapse in art funding had distracted its  valuable purpose .We shall also pursue in areas of restricted and non-restricted govern ment  funding to meet the needs and sustainability of the organization. We plan to give new initiates in art and cultural with the rise of cultural awareness, challenges that face the community and economic development issues, i.e. violence against women HIV/AIDs, including building a strong network of individuals who consider these matters important
 for any community project and effectively working within the dimensions of the community, with a feeling of accomplishment, and not stress, resentment and fear of being rejected                                                                                                                                                                                Some of the people we have plans to contact are Exxon/Mobil Foundations in educating women and programs for women ,the Star bucks Coffee Company for their support in leading countries and in business and civil society and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Finally utilizing the expertise of the Grantsmanship Training Program
of which I have been a member for over fifteen years, to host a program in business planning and proposal writing and craftsmanship training program for the forthcoming years. I will continue training with New York University for the art administration degree.          I am presently studying in Clinton Iowa, for my organization management degree .I also plan to host a program in African art and sculpture and poetry and writers workshop.
          We plan to provide merchandise to assist in the training program only offered at our facilities MeSudah UmmahArtandCulturalOrganization., with consent of the director and board of directors, as well as officers. The president is the only one to make purchases, and make the decisions of the organizations bank accounts, banking and funding activates and of the federal and state departments funding, private, solicitations etc, there are no votes The other officers are responsible for paying dues, the monthly dues to help funds of the organizations, Fund raising activates are necessary to promote advertisement and promote the organizational activates. The functions of the officer will depend on their performance within the organization, for example the secretary shall write letters and correspondence and submit letters only with both parties present at the notary public,
            Both parties are allowed to make deposits but no withdrawals without prior permission and notification to the bank. And accounts must be open in the organizations name; separate accounts may be given only if necessary, as seen by the board, but still in the decision of the president.
   Presently, we have a need for facilities that are owned by the organizations, real estate and sold if necessary, to move to obtain larger facilities and buildings use rent or lease, if not sold. We have not as yet had any outside activities of the organization. we will sell tapes art and cultural items made by the organization, and fund raisers such as Krispy Kreame donuts, popcorn machines, and cultural ideas includes jewelry, baskets, paintings pottery weavings and other items the organizations has made, Some items have already been purchased for the organization with personal money, and each have receipts of each purchase and dates and where purchased. Easels, for painting, for instance cost between $300-600, for the larger paintings that will be used to exhibits in public places, banks, outside shows, county exhibits, etc. We do not need to buy cheaper ones, for they will not last long with use, and have to be replaced yearly, goods ones do not. We would estimate the budget for the first year, more expensive, due to the purchases we need to make for our organizations that would be like one hundred-two hundred thousand. Or as necessary, lessening, the need to waste any over amounts requested...
            We will always raise our funds, to sustain a self sufficient status, and being independent .Also focusing, on our necessary priorities, to sustain and support are needs, whatever occurs, and a certain amount of emergency money, stored in an account gaining 5 percent or more interest: instead of Cds. where if needed, requires a penalty, if withdrawn to early in time.
            Each officer shall give, fifteen hours of time, per week, and the president 20- 40 hrs, as necessary; if the organization has no set time of operation. Also the members shall be trained to state the vision and mission statement of the organization, each member is and should be committed and enthusiastic about the performance of the organization .The budget we choose should include money for training, and we have collaborative relations with other non profits helping in providing donate materials for this purpose.
            Our technology should be up to date to perform each task successfully; and we would like to make it a point of good corporate relations with those leaders in the community. We also need to update all necessary materials, brochures, and direct mail letters, and special event invitations, newsletters, press release, annual reports, public service announcements; also keeping media informed about the organization is another consideration to evaluate. So we will depend on corporate, and foundation grants, private funds, federal and state funds, and communities to support all the activities of this organization: MeSudah UmmahArt&CulturalOrganization.
